Yes! Vega Atelier specializes in personalized candles and favors for weddings, christenings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events and other special occasions.
You can customize names, dates, messages, colors, labels and fragrances, depending on the options available for each product. If you would like something different from what is shown in the listing, please message us before purchasing.
Production begins once payment and all details have been confirmed. Please check the information you send carefully, as personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
What are the dimensions and capacity of the products?
Dimensions and capacities are stated in each product description.
For candles in tins, the 30 ml and 50 ml references indicate the approximate capacity of the container, not the net weight of the wax. As these products are handmade, slight variations in weight and finish may occur.
If you need exact measurements to prepare boxes, displays or other elements for your event, please message us before placing your order.
How should I use and care for the candle?
Before lighting the candle, remove all packaging, decorative labels and any other items that could come into contact with the flame.
Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, heat sources and flammable materials.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it out of reach of children and pets, and do not touch or move the container while it is hot or the wax is liquid.
Keep the wax free of matches, wick trimmings and other debris. If the flame becomes too high, starts producing smoke or burns irregularly, extinguish the candle and let it cool before using it again.
Do you offer gift wrap or gift packaging?
All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive protected and beautifully presented.
Individual gift packaging or a specific presentation for events is not included unless stated in the product description. We can prepare personalized packaging, ribbon, label or message options, subject to availability and possible additional charges.

How do I send the personalization details?
Enter your details in the personalization field in the listing.
Carefully check names, dates, messages, accents and the use of uppercase and lowercase letters. We will produce the item according to the information provided by the customer.
If the field does not have enough space or you need to send an image, logo or reference, you can do so through Etsy messages after completing your order.
Will I receive a preview before production?
For orders with personalized labels or graphic elements, we will send a digital preview through Etsy messages before starting production.
The customer is responsible for carefully checking names, dates, text, colors and all other details. Production begins after the preview has been approved.
The production time may change if we do not receive approval within the required timeframe.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please message us as soon as possible if you need to change any details.
Changes are only possible before production has started. After the preview has been approved or production has begun, it may no longer be possible to modify the order.
Significant changes may involve an additional cost and a new production timeframe.

We do our best to accurately represent the colors and finishes of our products. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, different material batches and the handmade nature of production.
Small variations in color, wax surface, label placement or finish make each piece unique and do not compromise its quality.
Does the production time include delivery time?
No. Production time is the period required to prepare and personalize your order. Transit time begins after the order has been shipped.
Etsy's estimated delivery date takes into account the processing time and estimated transit time to the specified destination.
If your order is for an event, please tell us the date before purchasing and order sufficiently in advance.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, has a defect or differs from what was approved, contact us through Etsy messages as soon as possible.
Send photographs of the product, outer packaging and shipping label, and keep all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
After reviewing the case, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
